The Carrot Project will be providing free, individual support through coaching sessions during the Southeast New England Conference & Trade Show taking place at Bristol County Agricultural High School on February 2, 2025.
The Carrot Project staff and advisors are available to provide coaching on:
If there are other topics you are interested in (for example, land access and transfer, access to capital, etc.), support is available year round.
The Carrot Project offers one-on-one business assistance aimed at helping farmers and food business owners achieve greater financial management expertise and confidence in making business decisions that lead to long-term business success. Our personalized services have a long track record of increasing farm profitability. We want your businesses to be here 5, 10, 25, and even 50 years from now.
Connect with a business advisor at The Carrot Project to propel your business past challenges you faced in 2024, and answer key strategic questions for 2025.
During the coaching sessions, meet with an advisor or staff member of The Carrot Project to discuss your farm's financial management questions.
After signing up, the coach will contact you via email to ask if you have any plans, documents, or questions you'd like reviewed ahead of the session. Submitting your questions or items for review in advance can make sessions more effective.
The session can also serve as a gateway to ongoing business assistance.
These coaching sessions are free and available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Pre-registration is required.
Coaching sessions will be in English. For services in Spanish, please email Marina Ortega at mortega@thecarrotproject.org or call 617-674-2371 x 10.
Cian is available to answer your questions and provide support on your farm's bookkeeping, or support wrapping up your farm's 2024 financial records.
