Workshops on Setting Prices for Growth & Profitability

Join Us In Rutland, MA, December 11 & 18

Pricing is more than a numbers exercise, accurate pricing reflects the true value of your products, including the labor invested.  In these workshops, you will gain practical, immediately useable skills on setting prices.

With the substantial rise in costs we all are experiencing, knowing the prices you need to get for growth, profit, and sustainability has become that much more important.

Join us to learn how to interpret sales and expense data, create pricing models, and apply strategies to make pricing decisions with clarity and confidence. Join Cian Dalzel, The Carrot Project’s Senior Business Advisor and lead trainer for these two in-person workshops.

Location: Lilac Hedge Farm | 216 Wachusett St, Rutland, MA 01543.
